Technical Cooperation Section

This Section will perform the following activities:-
(i) Prepare and review recruitment policy, guidelines and procedures for recruitment of non citizens and monitor their adherence;
(ii) Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment of non-citizens in the Public Service;
(iii) Provide inputs to bilateral and multilateral agreements and liase with respective ministries on the implementation of those agreements;
(iv) Coordinate the implementation of bilateral and multilateral agreements on foreign experts;
(v) Facilitate recruitment of Tanzanian experts to bilateral, multilateral and regional organizations and advise accordingly;
(vi) Provide inputs on Public Service HR issues on bilateral and regional institutions; and
(vii) Build capacity of Public Servants in liaison with Development Partners and Regional Institutions.
This Section will be led by an Assistant Director.
