|Management Systems and Standards Section|
This Section will perform the following activities:-
(i) Facilitate development and review of strategic and operational plans and monitor their implementation and advise accordingly;
(ii) Design and facilitate installation of Performance Appraisal System and monitor its implementation and advise accordingly;
(iii) Facilitate development and review of Client Service Charters and monitor their implementation and advise accordingly;
(iv) Develop tools for Service Delivery Surveys and Institutional Self Assessment, install and monitor their implementation and advise accordingly;
(v) Facilitate identification of service areas for improvement through process improvement/re-engineering;
(vi) Facilitate MDAs in process analysis, design, implementation and review and advise accordingly;
(vii) Study and recommend on the incentive systems by results/ output in the public service;
(viii) Initiate, collect, update and maintain data bank of management standards including staffing levels, office accommodation, furniture and equipment; and
(ix) Scrutinize, design and review Government forms.
This Section will be led by an Assistant Director.
