|Human Resource Planning Sec|
This Section will perform the following activities:-
(i) Build capacity of MDAs and facilitate in preparation of HR Plans and proper utilization of human resources in the Public Service;
(ii) Analyze and compile data on demand and supply trends of human resources in the Public Service and advise accordingly;
(iii) Facilitate preparation of succession plans in the Public Service and monitor their implementation; and
(iv) Identify human capital needs/gaps and develop and implement strategies for Human Capital Development in liaison with National Human Capital Development, Labour, National Bureau of Statistics, Higher Learning bodies and Educational Institutions responsible for human capital development.
This Section will be led by an Assistant Director.
