Establishment
Objective
To provide expertise and services in matters related to Human Resources Management and Public Service Administration to the MDAs LGAs and other Public Institutions in general.
Functions
The Division will perform the following functions:-
- To provide inputs on administrative and Human Resources Policies;
- To oversee establishment matters in the Public Service;
- To facilitate transfer of employees in the Public Service;
- To interpret personnel policies, rules and regulations; and
- To oversee implementation of Human Resource Policies, Rules and Regulations in the Public Service
The Division will be led by a Director and will have three (3) Sections as follows: -
- Senior Public Service Officers Section;
- Public Service Administration - Central Government Institutions Section, and
- Public Service Administration - Regional Secretariats and Local Government Authorities Section.
