Records Management Section
This Section will perform the following activities:-
(i) Develop, monitor, evaluate and review implementation of Records Management Policy, Standards, Systems, Procedures and Guidelines;
(ii) Develop and implement Records Management Programs;
(iii) Establish and organise Vital Records Protection Programs;
(iv) Design and implement disaster planning and recovery programs;
(v) Design records management systems and facilitate their installation;
(vi) Advise on development of curriculum in records management and archives administration; and
(vii) Develop Records Management Cadre.
This Section will be led by an Assistant Director.
