|Records Centre Services Section|
This Section will perform the following activities:-
(i) Develop, monitor, evaluate and review implementation of Records Centre Standards, Systems, Procedures and Guidelines;
(ii) Manage/administer records transfers from creating agencies;
(iii) Loan out semi-current records to creating agencies;
(iv) Develop, operationalise and review retention and disposal schedules;
(v) Conduct records appraisal and advise accordingly;
(vi) Manage disposition of records; and
(vii) Manage Zonal Records Centres.
This Section will be led by an Assistant Director.
