This section will perform the following activities:-
(i) Undertake periodic review of the Public Service Code of Conduct and monitor its implementation;
(ii) Monitor and support professional groups in promoting ethics;
(iii) Monitor public complaints on unethical conduct;
(iv) Conduct surveys on Public Service Ethics; and
(v) Monitor and evaluate implementation of complaint and grievance handling mechanism in MDAs, RSs and LGAs.

This Section will be led by an Assistant Director.
