Objective To provide the Public Service with direction and guidance in the management of training, human resource planning, succession planning, leadership development programs planning and implementation, and technical cooperation for capacity building. Functions (i) To coordinate HR development in the public service; (ii) To develop, monitor, evaluate and review the implementation of training policy; (iii) To develop systems and procedures for HR and succession planning and monitor their implementation; (iv) To support leadership development in the Public Service; and (v) To coordinate recruitment of Non-citizens in the Public Service and Tanzanians in International Organizations.
This Division will be led by a Director and will have the following sections:- (i) Human Resources Development Section; (ii) Technical Cooperation Section; (iii) Human Resources Planning Section; and (iv) Leadership Development Section.
