Planning Section

This Section will perform the following activities:-
(i) Coordinate the preparation of PO-PSM budget speech;
(ii) Coordinate formulation and preparation of the PO-PSM annual plan and medium term strategic plan;
(iii) Compile PO-PSM projects, programmes and Action Plans;
(iv) Develop strategies for resource mobilization;
(v) Provide technical guidance and support for institutionalization of Strategic Planning and Budgeting process within the PO-PSM;
(vi) Participate in analysis of outsourcing of non-core functions; and
(vii) Prepare Memorandum of Understanding between PO-PSM and Development Partners for cooperation and programmes funding.
This Section will be led by an Assistant Director.
