Monitoring and Evaluation Section

This Section will perform the following activities:-
(i) Monitor implementation of the PO-PSM Annual Plan and Medium Term Strategic Plan;
(ii) Compile implementation reports of plans and budget of PO-PSM;
(iii) Prepare periodic (Weekly, Monthly, quarterly, mid-year, and annual) performance reports for the PO-PSM;
(iv) Collect study and analyze statistics needed in the formulation and implementation of policies, plans and budgetary proposals;
(v) Participate in preparing plans, programmes and budgetary activities of the PO-PSM including establishment of performance targets and indicators;
(vi) Provide technical support including institutionalization of M&E process within the PO-PSM;
(vii) Undertake studies and impact studies of plans, projects and programmes undertaken by the PO-PSM;
(viii) Undertake service delivery surveys to collect stakeholders/clients views on services rendered by the PO-PSM;
(ix) Coordinate mid-year and annual performance reviews of the PO-PSM;
(x) Coordinates, monitor and evaluate various components of PSRP;
(xi) Secretariat to the inter-Ministerial Working group and the PSRP Steering Committee; and
(xii) Secretariat to Donor Technical Coordination Meeting.
This Section will be led by an Assistant Director.
