TGDLC is a capacity building subcomponent under the Public Service Reform Program (PSRP) and a member of the Global Development Learning Network (GDLN). It is one of the first ten capacity building technology hubs to be established in different world regions, part of over 120 existing on six continents under GDLN, using videoconferencing and other technologies to share learning activities world wide.

TGDLC Facilities and Services

Our facilities and services can be used for meetings, consultations, knowledge sharing and other activities related to development including courses, seminars and workshops. These can be virtual, face to face or both.TGDLC activities typically combine several methods and technologies.

• Access to development information through the Multi-partner Tanzania Development Information Centre (TDIC).

The TGDLC also offers a one stop development information centre through its Tanzania Development Information Centre (TDIC) located on the ground floor of Institute of Finance Management. TDIC established to promote access to development Information in Tanzania. Using the centre’s resources, the public gets access to a wide range of development information.The Centre is open to the public seeking information on development in Tanzania, particularly decision makers, academicians, journalists, member o the parliament, youth and researchers.The collections at the Centre can also be accessed through Internet (www.tdic.or.tz/catalog) and using professional software for easy access to available publications online.
