The Division is led by a Director and has two sections each led by an Assistant Director as follows:-

ETHICS PROMOTION SECTION

This section is responsible for:

• Raise public awareness on Ethics,
• Implement, monitor and evaluate ethics training courses,
• Provide advisory services on ethics in MDAs, RCs, and LGAs.

ETHICAL CONDUCT MONITORING SECTION

This section does the following:

• Review of the Public Service Code of Conduct,
• Monitor and support professional groups in promoting ethics,
• Monitor public complaints on unethical conduct, 
• Conduct ethics surveys,
• Monitor implementation of complaint and grievance handling mechanism in MDAs, RSs and LGAs.
